dc.description.abstract | The City of Prineville is constructing a new arterial roadway, the Northern Arterial, which will provide an alternative to Highway 26 for east-west travel through Prineville. As part of the planning process, ECONorthwest (ECO) assessed the socioeconomic impacts of the various alternative alignments for the Northern Arterial.
