Law and Politics of the Death Penalty: Abolition, Moratorium, or Reform?
On March 1-2, 2002 the Wayne Morse Center for Law and Politics at the University of Oregon presented the two-day symposium "The Law and Politics of the Death Penalty: Abolition, Moratorium, or Reform?" Papers in this collection were presented at the symposium and later appeared as an issue of Oregon Law Review, published by the University of Oregon School of Law.
