English Faculty Research
The English Department offers courses of study leading to B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees, as well as an English Minor and Film Studies Certificate. The Composition Program administers the University's Writing Requirement and also offers elective Writing courses in research writing, advance composition, scientific and technical writing, and business writing. The Center for Teaching Writing is devoted to assisting teachers across campus to incorporate writing into their courses.
