dc.description.abstract | The amendment of SDC Section 36.135, which allows RVs as temporary living quarters for persons requiring care or care providers, still specifically limits the use to a one year initial approval, but now limits extensions to no more than two, with a limitation of six months each. Each extension request requires public notice and compliance with any initial conditions of approval. This Section was also reformatted similar to other recent SDC amendments. | en_US |
